Housatonic Valley Association, Inc.

The Housatonic Valley Association, Inc. (HVA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization
established under the laws of the State of Connecticut, working to protect the
Housatonic River and its watershed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York, with
headquarters at Cornwall Bridge, Connecticut. HVA is dedicated to protecting the natural
character and environmental health of the entire river valley from the Berkshires, eastern
New York and western Connecticut to Long Island Sound, for today and for future
generations.
HVA seeks an Executive Search Firm to assist in the search for a new HVA Executive
Director to replace its current, retiring, long-time Executive Director.

POTENTIAL SCOPE OF SERVICES
The selected Executive Firm (or individual consultant) shall be responsible for services related to designated phases of the search project for a guaranteed maximum price for each phase.  The selected proposer may be selected for one or more phases of the search.
