Executive Director

Beginning in the Fall of 2021, The Elizabeth Richardson Center will be hiring a new Executive Director. We are looking for someone to lead our ten-million-dollar organization by achieving operational efficiencies, reaching strategic goals, and maintaining financial sustainability.

Founded in 1963, The Elizabeth Richardson Center (ERC)is the most comprehensive provider of services for individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities in Northwest Arkansas. Currently, ERC has three child development centers, two adult learning centers, a home and community waiver program, and three intermediate care residential homes.  We offer a competitive salary and benefits, including up to a six percent match to employee contributions for our 401K.
