RSF Seeks a new Executive Director
Stockton, the most diverse city in America, seeks a dynamic Executive Director to lead the next phase of its development. The Reinvent Stockton Foundation ("RSF") has launched several nationally acclaimed programs that educate next-generation thinkers and doers, promote small business growth, and build Stockton's infrastructure and stability. Among its signature programs, RSF is incredibly excited about the Scholars Program, SEED (a collaborative effort with the Mayor's office), and Stockton Service Corps. Already, these innovative programs are shifting the landscape and creating new possibilities for the city.
The new Executive Director will take the legacy of innovation already in place and will focus on strengthening and expanding existing partnerships, continuing the pioneering work undertaken in collaboration with the Mayor's office, and will seek out new individual, major gifts, corporate, government sources eager to support Stockton in its transformational efforts. The Executive Director will honor RSF's mission and vision, empower its staff and community partners, strengthen its internal processes and outreach efforts, and create interest, support, and increased sponsorship for RSF's current and emerging programs. RSF seeks an open-minded visionary with a methodical management style and a healthy respect for the system and process. He or she will mobilize the board and other stakeholders to develop a comprehensive, multilayered fundraising and marketing plan that will excite donors and build stability into RSF's operations.
