Early Childhood Teachers and Caregivers

The JCC MetroWest is looking for warm and welcoming Teachers and Caregivers for an afternoon Infant/Toddler Floater position in our Infant/Toddler rooms from 12:30-6:30pm every day. The ideal candidates will understand developmental milestones, be nurturing, patient, and joyful. ​CDA and experience working with infants/toddlers is preferred. Knowledge of the Reggio-Emilia philosophy is a plus. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with both parents and co-workers.

We are looking for a Lead Afternoon Teacher from 1:45-6pm, Friday’s until 5:45pm for our Progressive Early Childhood program. We are a Reggio-Emilia inspired pre-school with an emergent curriculum in a fun and nurturing environment. We are looking for people with Early Childhood experience who are friendly and value children’s learning. Teachers should have a NJ teacher’s certificate or equivalent relevant education, experience teaching in an Early Childhood environment, age’s 1-5 years old, must have knowledge of or willingness to learn about Jewish holidays and traditions. Some computer literacy a must!  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.  Salaries commensurate with credentials.

We are looking for an afternoon assistant teacher from 3-6pm every day and a second afternoon assistant teacher from 2-6pm every day.  We are a Reggio-Emilia inspired pre-school with an emergent curriculum in a fun and nurturing environment. Teachers should have a NJ teacher’s certificate or equivalent relevant education, experience teaching in an Early Childhood environment, age’s 1-5 years old, must have knowledge of or willingness to learn about Jewish holidays and traditions. Some computer literacy a must!  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.  Salaries commensurate with credentials.

We are looking for Substitute Teachers.  The ideal candidates will be warm and welcoming and will have a love of young children. We are looking for people with Early Childhood experience who are friendly and value children’s learning. Experience working with children from 0-5 years old is preferred. Knowledge of the Reggio-Emilia philosophy is a plus. A high school diploma, college degree, CDA, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred. Salaries are commensurate with credentials.
