Team and Systems: Once approach is validated, hire and lead a team to drive new partner acquisition. Create and oversee a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management, including incentive structure. Evaluate the team’s success, iterate when necessary, and share results regularly with PIR’s senior executive team.

Internal Audience: Proactively communicate and work with internal teams (e.g., Channel Services, Marketing, etc.) and external partners to design and align on potential partnership opportunities.
