New Mexico non-profit seeks an experienced Director of Finance and Administration. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Finance and Administration is a hands-on management position that provides leadership and support in the following areas: finance, accounting, budgeting, administration, benefits management, IT and data management. The Director of Finance and Administration also plays a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations.
