This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading all marketing and sales efforts for nonPareil’s outsourcing initiative, PowerSourcing: Putting Autism to Work™.  The role requires strong interpersonal skills with an ability to identify business prospects, build relationships and secure opportunities that support the mission of nonPareil.

The ideal candidate will have experience building B2B relationships, preferably within a nonprofit enterprise. Background in working with the autism/neurodiversity community is a huge plus.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In consultation with the President/CEO and the Director of Outsourcing Initiatives, build marketing plan, marketing strategies, media kits and all necessary tools to support PowerSourcing initiative
  • Oversee the identification, research, cultivation, and stewardship of business prospects, locally and nationally, as potential clients for nonPareil
  • Work closely with the Director of Outsourcing Initiatives in the preparation of project proposals, quotes, deliverables based on the needs of the prospect and the delivery capabilities of our teams
  • Work closely with the nonPareil Development team, site Directors and corporate Marketing staff to increase awareness and engagement from businesses in each of the nonPareil cities
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of all media opportunities for PowerSourcing
  • Establish relationships with trade organizations that can refer business
  • Identify, coordinate and attend conferences and other marketing events where nonPareil can showcase our services
  • Recommend changes in products and services based on evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Five to ten years of professional sales and marketing experience for a non-profit is preferred
  • Previous experience in selling software or digital technology services preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well with others
  • Ability to work well with diverse population, including adults with autism spectrum disorder
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Salary: Commensurate with Experience/Education
