Direct Support Staff/Life Skills Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and adequate nutritional intake
Maintain a healthy environment for our clients in their own home
Follow the assignment sheet/service plan performing tasks that are assigned

Requirements:

Must be at least 18-years-old
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must have reliable transportation
A positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift
