About Bring Change to Mind

Bring Change to Mind (BC2M) is a national organization working to end the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness through widely distributed public education materials, multimedia campaigns, storytelling movements and youth-focused programs to encourage and foster a diverse cultural conversation around mental health.

In 2009, award-winning actor and advocate Glenn Close assembled the nation’s most influential mental health organizations to identify and discuss gaps in advocacy. Together, they determined that there was a critical need to combat stigma through messaging. Since Glenn and her family established BC2M in 2010, the organization has made significant changes in mental health advocacy in the United States and beyond.  www.bringchange2mind.org.
