Development

This position will play a crucial role in building Prairiewoods’ sustainability into the future. We are looking for a special fit—you must be willing to engage deeply with our mission; demonstrate self-motivation, collaboration, excellent communication, teamwork and compassion; and enjoy meeting people and helping them make meaningful connections with others and with Prairiewoods. Responsibilities include fundraising/development activities and selected public relations efforts, as well as facilitation and stewarding of relationships with donors.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and knowledge of fundraising and development with prior professional experience in fundraising, marketing or related field. Nonprofit experience is preferred.
