Community Resource Specialist

Part-time. 15 –20 hours/week. Weekday, weekend and evening shifts available, Sunday through Saturday.

Starting wage: $16/hour

The Community Resource Specialist answers calls from people who are facing challenges and assists them in finding the right resources to help toward a sustainable solution. The CRS must be compassionate and have good communication skills. The CRS has to be able to answer the call and enter the information into the client intake software program. The CRS then provides resources, programs, and services that will address the need of the caller, as well as follow-up when appropriate. All referrals are listed in the intake database so there is no need to search anywhere else.

Requirements: Good communication and computer skills.

Bi-lingual a plus.

Hunterdon County resident preferred.

Tuition reimbursement.
