Clinical Director

Job Summary:

Tennyson Center is searching for a Clinical Director who is responsible for the Community Based Services program (CBS) and oversight of the Child First program with an emphasis on clinical development. This position will manage, sustain, and be a part of innovating this clinical program that fosters youth and family resiliency through best practices, quality assurance, and the development and support of staff.

A successful director will have a deep understanding of trauma informed care, broad knowledge of best practices for working with complex trauma as well as a solid understanding of the development of clinical services.

Job Duties:

• Clinical service provision, related processes and modalities, and implementation
• Community partnerships
• Oversight of CBS supervisors and regional teams
• Oversight of the Child First manager
• Promoting diversity, equity and inclusion
• Program-specific quality assurance practices and systems
• Promoting staff and supervisor growth through training and professional development
• Facilitating positive staff morale and culture
• Department finances and budget
• Processes and relationships between community programs and other departments

Education/Experience/Licensure:

• Master’s in related field
• License required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
•  2+ years’ experience providing clinical supervision required
•  1+ years’ experience managing supervisors strongly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking a plus
• All candidates must have or qualify to obtain a current Colorado driver’s license. (Must obtain Colorado license within 30 days of employment)
