These young people launch entrepreneurial initiatives to help people, the planet, and our shared prosperity. In 2021, their work positively impacted the lives of 11.6 million people.

For 46 years, Enactus has been preparing next-generation leaders with a head for business and a heart for the world.  Our global team contributes to this work through:

  • Accelerating the pace of change by strengthening the capacity of our network country offices
  • Sharing learnings & innovations across boundaries
  • Provide students with global learning experiences

The CDO will have primary accountability for developing, driving, and executing development strategies that propel Enactus’s impact and achievement of our ambitious 2025 goals. The CDO will lead the implementation of fundraising strategy and oversee securing gifts, grants, and contracts from individuals, corporations, foundations, and governments. They will also partner closely with executive team and network colleagues to ensure strong alignment of fundraising efforts across the organization, leading to sustainable, diversified income for Enactus.
