Description
Bridgehaven has an opening for an Art Therapist/Social Worker/LPCC/LMFT/APRN.
As a member of our primary clinician team, directs and coordinates psychiatric rehabilitation (psych rehab) services provided to members, documents service planning and evaluates service effectiveness in member goal attainment. In all job functions, promotes responsiveness to strengths, abilities, needs and preferences of the member and advocates for members when applicable. Education and/or Experience: Masters degree in Mental Health or Human Services or Psychiatric Nursing;CSW, LPATA, LPCA or LCSW, LPAT, LPCC credentials accepted. Clinical supervision provided if needed.
